MotorsportMarket is a free classified-advertising platform. The sale or other agreement is made directly between the advertiser and the interested party; MotorsportMarket is not a party to it and does not receive the purchase price.

2. Service and acceptance
The platform enables account creation, listing publication, search, favourites and direct contact. Registration and listing submission require acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Notice. Listings are currently free, with no paid ranking or hidden fee.
3. Account and eligibility
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and be at least 18 years old or act with the authorization of their legal representative. A restricted user may not circumvent a restriction by creating another account. The user must keep account and contact details current.
4. Advertisers and listings
The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to all uploaded text and images. Price, condition, material characteristics and known material defects must be stated clearly. A person acting for business purposes must identify that status and provide the legally required business and consumer information in the profile and listing. The platform does not certify the identity, authority, ownership or technical condition claimed by an advertiser.
5. Prohibited content
It is prohibited to advertise stolen, counterfeit, unlawful, recalled or unlawfully dangerous goods; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or personality rights; publish deceptive content, spam, malware, discriminatory or threatening material; or disclose another person’s data without a valid legal basis.
6. Moderation and ranking
New listings may be reviewed before publication. MotorsportMarket may reject, correct only technical presentation, restrict visibility, remove content or suspend an account where these Terms, law, security or marketplace integrity require it. Where required, the affected user is informed of the reason and available complaint route. Search results follow the entered query, category and filters; otherwise listings are shown primarily by recency. No paid ranking is currently used.
7. Illegal-content notice and complaint
Send notices to info@motorsportmarket.hu or use the Contact page. Identify the exact listing URL, explain why the content is unlawful or violates these Terms, provide supporting information and a contact email, and confirm that the notice is made in good faith. We acknowledge receipt electronically and review sufficiently precise notices without undue delay. The notifier and affected user are informed of the decision where required. A moderation complaint should identify the account or listing and the challenged decision.
8. Transactions and consumer rights
Users arrange inspection, payment, delivery and contracting directly and at their own risk. Check the other party, the item and its documents before payment. If a consumer contracts with a trader, mandatory consumer rights may apply between those parties; a private-to-private sale has different rules. MotorsportMarket is not the seller, buyer, broker or payment provider.
9. Availability and liability
We seek reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The platform is liable only under mandatory law; nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination, changes and law
The user may request deletion of the account and listings by email. Complaints can be sent to the contact above. These Terms may change for legal, security or service reasons; material changes will be announced on the site and, where appropriate, to registered users. Hungarian law applies without restricting mandatory consumer rights or statutory jurisdiction.
