We process only the data required to operate accounts and listings, moderate content, prevent abuse and answer requests. We do not sell personal data and currently use no advertising or analytics trackers.

3. Public data and data sources
Data is provided by the user. The display name, seller profile, listing text and images, location and any listing phone or WhatsApp number are public. Email addresses and passwords are not published. Do not upload special-category data or another person’s data without a valid legal basis.
4. Processors, recipients and transfers
Rackhost Zrt. provides hosting and related server infrastructure. Data may be disclosed to courts, authorities or rights holders only where a legal obligation or a properly substantiated claim requires it. MotorsportMarket currently offers no paid service and does not process card data. The controller does not intentionally transfer user data outside the EEA.
5. Retention
Account data is kept until the account is deleted. Listing data is kept while the listing is active and for the time technically required for deletion and backups. Legal-acceptance, security and abuse-prevention records are retained for the limitation period of related claims or for as long as a legal obligation requires. Requests and complaints are retained only for the time needed to resolve and document them.
6. Cookies
The site currently uses only cookies necessary for login, security, language preference and basic operation. These do not require consent. No analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookie is currently used. If this changes, optional cookies will remain disabled until the visitor makes a choice.

7. Your rights and complaints
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and may object to processing based on legitimate interest. We normally answer within one month. Send requests to info@motorsportmarket.hu. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; naih.hu; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu. You may also bring a claim before a court.
8. Automated decisions and security
No solely automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects and no advertising profiling is used. We use access controls, encrypted connections and password hashing. A data breach is handled and, where required, reported under applicable law.

This notice is updated when the service or applicable rules change. The current version and effective date are shown above.
